Municipal Officers serving in municipalities with a population of less than 15,000 may choose to either file electronically or by paper form (AS 39.50.050). Contact your municipal clerk to obtain a paper form. If you experience difficulties obtaining a form from your municipal clerk’s office, please contact APOC at 1-800-478-4176 or 907-276-4176.
