There will be a special meeting of the Alaska Public Offices Commission on July 9, 2026.
The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 9, 2026
The purpose of the meeting is to:
· Review APOC Staff’s rejection of a request to expedite Complaint 25-22-CD, Ruedrich v. Stutes
· Consider a request for expedited consideration of Complaint 26-08-CD, Alaskans for Better Elections v. Repeal Now, Aurora Action Network
Under 2 AAC 50.888, if the Commission grants expedited consideration, a hearing on the
merits of the complaints may immediately follow.
